• We support local charities with financial contributions (annual Christmas donations to nominated charities).
• We include our employees in decisions about CSR activities.
• We support charities and events that are meaningful for our staff (sponsoring employee fundraising events).
• We support the local communities in which we work (sponsorship for youth soccer team jerseys and community donations)
• We are conscious of our responsibility to the environment and we continue to improve our sustainable approach  through our ISO management standards.
• We actively support participation in learning new activities and the application of new knowledge and skills on the job. Our people are our key business asset and as such we are committed to ensuring their continual professional development.
• We encourage young people to work in the industry by way of offering work experience, apprenticeships, undergrad placements and graduate programmes.
